CubeSat Prototyping and Testing
At the Mechanical Engineering Department of INSA Lyon, I contributed to a group project on CubeSat prototyping and testing, focused on the embedded electronics and energy management of a university nanosatellite. The project covered the preliminary design of the Electrical Power System (EPS) and On-Board Computer (OBC), including solar energy generation, battery management, voltage regulation, telemetry needs, watchdog functions, and subsystem communication. The team also designed and built an OBC test bench based on a Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W and an Arduino Nano to support prototyping, flight software exploration, and future integration of CubeSat subsystems.
